Do you send to the EU?
Yes, but at this time FWC Tackle items are exclusive to the U.K. (Customs/tax/administrative costs mean it's not viable)
Please note: if your order exceeds €150 you will be charged expensive import duties by EU authorities! Instead, please split your order into smaller amounts to avoid this!
How long will it take to get my order?
We use Royal Mail as our delivery partner, who advise deliveries can take up to 14 days in the UK and up to 30 days for all other countries. Please wait till this time has elapsed before contacting us.
Please note - Fishing rods will often be shipped separately to your other items. Expect separate deliveries, sometimes on different days!
My order has not arrived!
Our shipping partner (Royal Mail) advise that in rare circumstances it can take up to 14 days to arrive in the UK and 30 days for international orders.
If you placed your order more than 14 (30 if international) days ago and you have checked carefully that its not been delivered to your ‘safe place’ or to a neighbour, please let us know. Be sure to quote your order number, name, email address used and your FULL delivery address so we can investigate where your parcel is!
Can you sign my order / personalise it?
Whilst I used to be able to do this, life has become incredibly busy the last 6 months and as a result, I'm rarely at home with my Dad who packages your orders! I'm really sorry, but at the moment the focus is on making new films. x
Can I get a replacement rod section?
Of course, please click Spare Rod Tips and be careful to select the right model and section!
Is there new tackle on its way?
Yes, I'm working on a Float+Feeder twin tip rod along with FWC Reels and more Simple Fishing Kits - they'll be on their way in a few months!
I run a tackle shop - Can I stock FWC Tackle?
I'm deeply aware how important tackle shops are to our community and as a result, my long term plan VERY much includes you!
Right now I can't sell to the trade because I don't have enough space for stock or the capital required to operate on the volume required. That said, I'm working tirelessly to get to a place where I can support independent stores and family businesses like yours. I promise it'll be worth the wait. ❤️
