If you placed your order more than 14 days ago and you have checked carefully that its not been delivered to your ‘safe place’ or to a neighbour, please let us know. Be sure to quote your order number, name, email address used and your FULL delivery address so we can investigate where your parcel is!

Currently we can only post to U.K. addresses as EU and global shipping is very expensive. In the future though, we hope to partner with a distributor who can help fulfil global demand!
