Refund policy

Returns and refunds are accepted if items are damaged in transit or faulty and photo is provided within 6 months of order. Contact store@fishwithcarl.co.uk and we'll sort you out!   

Orders can take up to 7 working days to be dispatched and 7 more working days to be delivered. Please allow 14 working days from order to delivery before contacting us.
