Refund policy

Returns and refunds are accepted if items are damaged in transit or faulty and photo is provided. Contact store@fishwithcarl.co.uk to proceed.  

Should your order be broken or you are not happy with it, please contact us with a photo so we can help you out.

Orders can take up to 7 working days to be dispatched and 7 more working days to be delivered. Please allow 14 working days from order to delivery before contacting us.
