Shipping policy

We are a small business and it's just me and dad here, so during busy periods orders can take up to 7 working days to be dispatched and 7 more working days to be delivered. Please allow 14 working days from order to delivery before contacting us.

Returns and refunds are accepted if items are damaged in transit or faulty and photo is provided. Contact store@fishwithcarl.co.uk to proceed.  

Should your order be broken or you are not happy with it, please contact us with a photo so we can help you out.
