Refund Policy

We send orders with Royal Mail and Parcelforce. 

UK orders can take up to 7 working days to be dispatched and 7 more working days to be delivered. Please allow 14 working days from order to delivery before contacting us. If you're outside the UK please allow 30 days for delivery!

If ordering from the EU, please keep your total below €150 or else you may be charged expensive import duties by the EU authorities. Simply split your order into two, to avoid this!

Returns and refunds are not accepted unless items are damaged in transit and photo is provided. Contact store@fishwithcarl.co.uk to proceed.  

Should your order be broken or you are not happy with it, please contact us with a photo so we can help you out.
